Relentless Feather

The organization

Relentless Feather is a Native-founded, Native-led nonprofit that teaches Native youth to code and gives them the confidence to reach their potential. Its guiding line: “Our ancestors are watching. Let’s show them our future.”

A learning program should not have to rent the platform it teaches on.

What we built

Everything the program runs on: the public website, the curriculum, the interactive coding platform, and the dashboards teachers and students use.

The curriculum is a full web-development track, “Learn to Build the Web,” where every technical skill is taught through Native history and culture, from a student’s first webpage about their Tribe to a final professional portfolio. An AI curriculum follows.

The learning platform

Each lesson runs in the browser as a single, self-contained experience: instructions on one side, a live code editor in the middle, and a live preview of what the student is building. Students move through staged lessons, carrying their own code forward stage by stage, so they are writing real code from the first minute.

Teacher and student dashboards

Teachers and students each sign in to their own dashboard, so a classroom can actually run the curriculum together rather than just read it. The platform, the curriculum, and the data stay in the organization’s hands.

Why it matters

Native youth deserve to understand technology, build with it, and lead it, without leaving their culture at the door. The work gives Relentless Feather a complete, self-owned platform to do exactly that.
